Namaste! My name is Pooja Jha and I am an Ayurvedic Practitioner and a Life Coach. I completed my Ayurvedic Practitioner course at the California College of Ayurveda and currently pursuing Life Coaching Certification from ICF. I strongly believe that everyone should have access to a great life however they envision it. We already have the knowledge within us to live a life of balance and harmony. My goal is merely to empower you on this path with and remind you of that innate wisdom. I would love to partner with you on this journey towards health, vitality and peace of mind using the principles of Ayurveda, the oldest system of medicine in the world and sister science to Yoga that addresses healing at the root.
